Penny Francis | Vice President

Penny works along side our founder & CEO, Rich Etta Weathersbee. Penny received an A.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Business Management from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. She also holds an MBA. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Adell Henderson | Director of Operations

The multi-talented and multi-faceted Adell Henderson oversees the production and development of N2NE, bringing in talented individuals to create a solid foundation for the youth mentoring organization. The entrepreneur has launched two successful businesses including a consulting and production company Coaches Club and Reaction, as well as a  non-profit foundation, Karma: getrightgetleft.com. Other impressive occupations to add to his pre-existing list includes, television writer, producer, director (The B-Side, Starz) and journalist. Over the past 10 years, he has covered some of the most prominent names in entertainment and his work can be seen in several national print publications such as Vibe, Maxim, King, Rides and Slam magazines.

Elihu Gillespie | Treasurer

Elihu received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University; he is currently working on the completion of a Master of Management / Public Administration from Phoenix University. He brings to the organization over 26 years of mentoring and working with youth, in various managerial capacities in the fields of counseling and parks and leisure services. In addition, he is actively involved in various community organizations which include charter member and Past Chairman of the Denton Black Chamber of Commerce, past Vice President of the Denton County NAACP, charter member of the Lake Cities Lions Club, past Communication’s Chair for the Denton County American Heart Association, Board of Director’s of Denton County Big Brothers and Big Sisters just to name a few.

Kevin Dedmon | N2NE Sports Director

Kevin brings the ability to produce a multicultural and professional sports league. His background surrounds around mentoring, coaching, and a referee for the past 10 years. This league will include basketball, soccer, football, baseball, track and field, and volleyball. Kevin graduated from Paul Quinn College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management. Kevin also is a Recreation Specialist for the City of Dallas Park and Recreation.
